Check in was tedious to figure out and nobody was at receptionist desk to help.No one seems present at the hotel and it is advertised as a hotel and not an airbnb.The bathroom had hair in it,the water in the sink took ages to go down,the toilet seat would not stay up when you are sitting to do your business the seat is falling on your back,the drain cover in the shower was broken off,the drapes were partially torn at the top a good ways so the light could not be blacked out fully,I could hear the creaking of the floors of above me & I'm hoping it was people walking not rats or something making that noise because it sounded like animals climbing and running to me,I could hear the water doing down the plumbing system when water was used.I believe the hotel needs massive renovations or fixing of many fixtures.

"We only stayed for one night as a family of 6. Mick was there to welcome us as we arrived. Our suite was lovely clean and looked cosy. The rooms had lovely views across the river. "A nicely presented seafront stay in Llandudno. Staff were very pleasant at all tines from reception, bar staff and breakfast / dining room staff. Nice bar and reasonable prices. Nice buffet breakfast which is good value for money. Good value for money overall."
