"This is an excellent holiday rental. The house has been recently renovated - everything is new. The house is well equipped but not cluttered. There are two bathrooms and two toilets. The air conditioning is an added bonus although we didn’t need it during the stay. There is good outside space for eating, with shade and Sun depending on preference. Location is good, peaceful and private with vineyards nearby. The house is less than 10mins to Gaillac centre (which has a 40-min train to Toulouse) and is 25-30mins from Albi and Cordes sur Ciel. The hosts are very responsive and are available as required. A fantastic stay, everything was great!"

"There were three things that let the house down. The first problem was a totally inadequate WiFi. To get a good signal you had to be in the little room where the box was. The WiFi was weak in the bedrooms and very poor in the garden. In this day and age that is not good enough.Secondly the grass in the garden was very overgrown and simply needed cutting. Both of those could be easily fixed and you would have a great house. The rooms are lovely and the Garden really good especially for a town house.The only other down side was that the pool was not heated. We knew that when we booked but it would have made an enormous difference to the holiday had it been heated. We were there in Mid may and it stopped a lot of people using the pool, and is likely to make us look elsewhere next year."
