The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. On top of that, the AC barely worked so the apartment was cold, and the blow dryer didn’t work properly either — not exactly convenient for female guests. Overall, the apartment felt...

Ancak konaklamam sırasında birçok sorun yaşadım: • Oda havalandırmaları oldukça kirliydi ve odada yerde böcekler geziyordu. • Altıncı katta kalıyorduk ancak asansör çalışmıyordu. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen ancak iki saat sonra geri dönüş yapıldı. • Otele giriş saati 15:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16:30’a kadar giriş yapmamıza izin verilmedi. • Koridor kapıları şifreliydi, ancak bize şifre bilgisi verilmedi....
