Above Domaso, in the hamlet Pozzolo 2 km from the centre of Domaso, 55 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. In the house: air conditioning, heating available only from 01.Oct. - 15.May.. 1.5 km long narrow motor access. 100 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Shop 800 m, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Colico" 15 km, pebble beach "Domaso" 2 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Camilla - Domaso, Chiesa di San Bartolomeo, Santuario della Madonna della Neve, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Berlinghera, Alpe Pighè, Livo-Crotto Dangri. Please note: car recommended.

Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
