The location offers easy access to public transport and is right on the Dolomites cycle path.



    Outdoors, relax on the covered private terrace with table and chairs—perfect for dining al fresco—or on your private balcony with mountain views. The shared garden at the back of the house is a peaceful spot to observe local wildlife.



    You have access to 2 shared on-site parking spaces, a shared bike storage room, and an electric car charging station powered by solar panels. One pet is allowed; events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours as other families live in the building.



    The owners live on site but not in the rented accommodation. The property is 200 m from the center, where you’ll find a well-stocked small supermarket; larger supermarkets are 2 km away. Bars, restaurants, and pizzerias are within walking distance. All local ski resorts are about a 40-minute drive. Cortina d’Ampezzo, Val Pusteria, Misurina, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, and Austria are also easily reached. The Eyewear Museum offers an interesting cultural visit.
