Great place to stay, well stocked kitchen. Host communicated clearly throughout the stay including check in and check out (despite never seeing them in person)! Would stay again and would recommend.

This was a nice, cute, quiet cabin stay. In our first morning a bear greeted us which was a memorable experience. The area is beautiful! Close to town - yet far away enough to feel like you are in a getaway.

Das Haus liegt ca 2 km vom Chia Strand entfernt, etwas oberhalb der Zufahrtsstrasse in einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück.Die Terrasse des Hauses bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf Meer und Berge und ist geschützt vor den Blicken der Nachbargrundstücke. Sie ist sehr schön, renoviert, und relativ groß. In ca 1km befindet sich die Ortskneipe mit angeschlossenem Laden für Grundnahrungsmittel. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, z.B. Kaffeepad-Maschine, Toaster, Mixer, vielfältiges Geschirr, eine Spülmaschine und einen Induktionsherd. Die Zimmer sind sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut. Es gibt 2 schön renovierte Badezimmer, eines mit einer modernen Dusche, das andere mit einem großen Waschbecken und Bidet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmanager (Stefano) verlief sehr gut in englisch über WhatsApp. Die Vorabinformationen kamen sehr pünktlich. Einige kleinere Beanstandungen (z.B. defekter Föhn) wurden sofort erledigt. Toller Service! Bei unserer Ankunft lagen schon Wasser und Wein und ein kleines Geschenk bereit - Danke!

Casa Marcy ist ein freistehendes Ferienhaus mit Autounterstellplatz direkt am Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Alles war sauber und es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war per WhatsApp immer schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert möglich. Wir durften auch vor der angegebenen Zeit in das Haus. Die Terrasse ist groß und man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick über die Gegend bis zum Meer. Sie ist überdacht und ein toller Sonnenschutz. Wir konnten jede Mahlzeit draußen auf der Terrasse einnehmen und man hatte neben einem großen Tisch, noch eine Lounge Sitzgelegenheit. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern, eher noch besser. Fußläufig ist ein Restaurant/Pizzeria zu erreichen, die Pizza dort schmeckt einfach super. Ansonsten würde ich die Umgegend Leuten empfehlen, die wirklich einen Badeurlaub machen möchten. Hier gibt es verschwenderisch viele uns sehr schöne Strände. Ein Ausflug nach Cagliari würde ich jedem empfehlen, es ist eine wunderschöne, quirlige und aufregende Stadt mit vielen Lädchen und Restaurants. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Casa Marcy jedem empfehlen können. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Man hat auch eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, einen Toaster und genügend Geschirr und Besteck! Prima.

Der Empfang von Stefano war sehr herzlich und hiflsbereit. Als wir Probleme mit dem Internet hatten, war er sofort wieder zur Stelle. Der Kühlschrank war mehr als gut mit Getränken gefüllt, wir erhielten ein kleines Geschenk. Man durfte sich wirklich als Gast fühlen. Das Haus sieht innen und aussen wie auf den Fotos aus. Alles Notwendige und noch darüber hinaus war vorhanden: Waschpulver, Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Kaffee, an alles war gedacht. Der Strand von Chia ist sogar zu Fuss zu erreichen, aber in der Umgebung gibt es viele, wunderschöne Strände. Man hat eine gute Ausgangsposition, um den Südwesten Sardiniens zu erkunden einschliesslich Cagliari.

Schönes sauberes, gepflegtes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück. Große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick in die Natur und am Horizont das Meer. In der Nähe Schaafsheerden, die mit sanften Glöckchen die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse begleiten. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, wunderbar zum Kochen. Verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar in ca 20- 40 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür.

Perfection

The location was optimal— a short walk to a local pizzeria and store, a 1 minute drive to a larger general store and several restaurants, including our favorite the Mirage. And 5-10 minutes from multiple excellent beaches, including Su Guideu which was the best. The home itself was well amenitzed, with everything we needed for both cooking and the beach. The AC worked in every room! And the views were panoramic of the ocean and Torre Chia. . Lastly, the property manager was very attentive (recommended restaurants as well)), and the owner Roberto was a saint. He even drove me to get my car repaired! A perfect getaway.

Soggiorno a Chia

Il nostro soggiorno a Chia è stato semplice e confortevole. L'ospite ci ha dato alcune preziose indicazioni via SMS insieme a numerosi consigli su spiagge da visitare (ottimo il suggerimento di Sa Perda Longa) e ristorantini dove mangiare. Non abbiamo approfittato dei suggerimenti per raggiungere Cala Zafferano perché al settimo mese di gravidanza ho preferito evitare il gommone. La casa, stupenda, ha superato le aspettative. Fornita di tutto il necessario, dal terrazzo assolato al giardino ombroso nelle ore più calde, barbecue incluso. Che dire, speriamo di tornare presto!
