The stylish holiday home VILLETTA CHILLOUT is perched on a hill in Eden Rock near Chia and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding vegetation.

VILLETTA CHILLOUT has an ethno-chic design and sleeps 4 guests on two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with all amenities – incl. large fridge with freezer, oven, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishwasher -, a practical open-plan living/dining room – with Smart TV, Dual-SAT, books, and Internet WiFi – one bedroom with twin-beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a nice master bedroom with queen-size bed, a balcony facing the sea and a bathroom with rain shower-head, double sinks, as well as the access to the back terrace and the Mediterranean garden. Imagine yourself hanging out there in the hammock surrounded by the scent of rosemary and thyme while gazing at the sea – what a luxury!

The outdoor area also includes a private garden and a covered patio which shelters a comfortable lounge and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your barbecued meals. VILLETTA CHILLOUT is very well equipped: it provides air-conditioning, wash machine and dryer, safe, hairdryer, iron with board, gas barbecue, outdoor shower and sunbeds. Enjoy soaking in the morning sun, dreaming under the stars or reflecting upon the moonlight of South Sardinia!

To get there a car is essential. The private parking space is located high behind the house and from there a staircase leads down to the house.

Important note: this accommodation is not suitable for walking-impaired persons (about 60 steps to the house).

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villetta und es war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist ein richtiger Wohlfühlort, an dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles ist super neu und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - eine Nespresso Maschine, perfekt! Und allein der Blick ist fantastisch! Vom Haus aus erreicht man schnell die schönen Strände bei Chia und auch nach Cagliari ist es nicht weit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir verbrachten 5 Tage in der Viletta Chillout und es hätten gerne auch 19 sein können. Top ausgestattetes Ferienhäuschen mit 2 Bädern und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Auch wenn die Betreuer vor Ort kein Englisch oder Deutsch sprechen, der Vermieter hat alles für uns geregelt. Gerne wieder.

die attraktive, ruhige Lage haben wir als einmalig erlebt! gut gepflegt / unterhalten / alle Geräte + Einrichtungen funktionieren das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgerüstet: Küche, Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Spiele, WM + T, Strandstühle + Sonnenschirme, Badezimmerutensilien, Informationen etc. phänomenale Aussicht, ruhig Fotos entsprechen den Örtlichkeiten sehr angenehm: jedes Schlafzimmer mit Bad / Dusche dezente Deko sehr hilfreich: Starterkit mit Spülmittel etc einziger kleiner Schwachpunkt: da wir Villetta Chillout das erste Mal gemietet haben, hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten, das Haus zu finden ...

Ein wunderschöner Ort zu Erholen - mit toller Aussicht. Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Abstecher an alle schönen Strände der Umgebung. Praktisch auch die zwei Etagen: Eltern oben, Kinder unten. Es war herrlich- und wir kommen wieder. Danke!

Super Ferienhaus, toll eingerichtet. Perfekt zum Entspannen!

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer. Auf der Terasse kann man herrlich entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet! Die Strände von Chia sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect holiday

We had the most wonderful relaxing week at Villetta Chillout. The villa is very stylish, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the property is spectacular. We were there with our nearly 2 year old son and it was ideal for us-he enjoyed playing in the garden and it was good to have the shaded seated area. The owner Patricia could not have been more helpful-she was always available and helped with any requests we had. This was our 4th time to Sardinia and each time we've visited a different area and stayed in a different home away property- this was by far the best, we couldn't fault anything. The beaches in the area are simply stunning. We hope to return again in the near future.

Der Name Chillout ist Programm

Ruhige Lage in kleinem Wohngebiet. Vollständig ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber. Die Fotos lassen das Haus etwas größer erscheinen, es ist aber für 4 Personen ausreichend dimensioniert. Zwei weitere Sonnenliegen wären wünschenswert. Sehr gute, freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Herrliche Lage, sehr ruhig. Fotos entsprechen der Realität, sehr liebevoll einregichtete Villa.Tolle Strände in der Nähe und die Stadt Pula. Vermieterinfos sind sehr gut, kümmersn sich auch vor Ort direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Haus kann man empfehlen!!!!!(Nur im kalten nassen Frühjahr nicht unbedingt-Häuser auf Sarinien sind nicht dafür ausgelegt!)

Herrlicher Strandurlaub !

Vacanza bellissima

Wir habe im August 2010 zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in diesem tollen Haus über dem Meer verbracht. Zu dritt hatten wir jede Menge Platz, unser 16-jährige Sohn hatte sogar ein eigenes kleines Reich. Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Es mangelt praktisch an Nichts, so hat man z. Bsp. alleine zur Zubereitung eines Kaffees drei verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Oder es gibt eine Außendusche mit Wamwasser (!), wo man sich erstmal vorreinigen kann nach einem sandigen Strandtag, sehr praktisch! Das Beste aber ist sicherlich der grandiose Blick über die Bucht und das Mittelmeer, welches einem hier praktisch zu Füßen liegt. Daran konnten wir uns kaum sattsehen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön, allerdings im August übervoll. Einkaufen ist kein Problem, Essengehen allerdings auch schwierig, weil man meistens vorreservieren muss. Wir haben es deshalb genossen, wenn wir uns nach dem Trubel wieder in unsere Villetta zurückziehen und die Ruhe und Entspanntheit dort erleben konnten. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbar

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen. Der Blick geht über eine Bucht zum Meer. Die Villetta ist sowohl liebevoll wie auch perfekt eingerichtet. Hier hatte jemand die Hand im Spiel der etwas von Interior Design versteht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es sind keinerlei Abnützungserscheinungen erkennbar, wie sonst häufig anzutreffen. Vom Aussen-Grill, bis zur Hängematte, von der Espressomaschine, bis zum Haarglätter ist alles, wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir hatten jeden zweiten Tag eine Haushalthilfe, und hatten so praktisch den gleichen Komfort wie in einem Hotel und trotzdem das eigene Haus - sehr zu empfehlen! Nach 1,2 Kilometern erreicht man den ersten Strand innerhalb von 10 Kilometern liegen ein paar absolute Traumstrände. Einzig für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen ist die Villetta nicht zu empfehlen, da es ca. 50 Treppenstufen bis zum Haus sind. Auto notwendig. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wohlfühlen in Villetta

Wir haben im Juni zwei Wochen in dieser gemackvoll und aufeinander abgestimmt eingerichteten Villeta verbracht. Für zwei gab es viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet eingerichtet. Gefreut haben wir uns über einen Präsentkorb, der die erste Mahlzeit gestattete. Die Inhaberin hat sich, obwohl aus der Ferne, sehr um alles gekümmert. Ihre Antworten kamen immer zeitnah. Wir empfehlen die Villeta demjenigen, der eine schöne geschmackvolle Umgebung zu schätzen weiss und dieses auch entsprechend zu honorieren bereit ist.

Die Villetta ist ein ganz besonders bezauberndes Urlaubsdomizil, was ich an Menschen die das Flair zu schätzen wissen weiterempfehlen kann. So viel sehr guten Geschmack findet man nicht so häufig. Danke nochmals ingrid ruben miriam
