Great stay great host.
The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice overnight stay.
Our stay of one night was good. The price we paid was very competitive compared to nearby hotels The room was plenty big enough and well heated and the en suite toilet and shower was nice and clean. The owner was friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay there again.

I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in bedroom the bedding seemed dated. the entrance was uninviting with family shoes on display in hallway though neatly positioned. Staff were polite and I have no complaints about them

Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding the provision of tea and coffee in the rooms. All rooms are provided with complimentary water and chocolates, for guests. Guests are invited to take full advantage of the facilities in the kitchen and the refreshments provided there. I have noted your remark regarding the footwear in the hallway. As many of our regular guests are families with children and professionals, who stay with us whilst working in the area, there is often shoes in the entrance hall. These guests often prefer to leave their shoes neatly in the hallway rather that have them with them in their rooms. As we are keen to have our guests feel at home, we allow them to do so, as long at the shoes are left in an orderly fashion. I hope that this goes some way to addressing the issues that you have raised and we would gladly welcome you, should you choose to book with us again in the future. With kind regards Michael

I came up for the St Leger race weekend and stayed at the Regent Serviced Suites. It was easy to find and just a short walk from the station. The owner Michael was very friendly and welcoming and the room was a good size with a nice en-suite with shower. Bed was comfy and the room quiet so slept very well. Everything was clean and well cared for. Michael was very helpful and able to point out things to do and places to go. 10 minute walk to the races so a great place for that. I think it is probably the best value pound-for-pound of any place I’ve stayed. Highly recommended
