"My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email."

"We would have liked to have a bigger choice for Continental/American breakfast. It is more geared towards Asian visitors. Otherwise we loved the location, the staff and the hotel."

"The hotel is a classic hotel with restaurants and bars. We like the service of the signature lounge. It is worth to spend money for this lounge service. Everyone working in this hotel are nice and friendly."

"The staff is amazing, but there is a smell when you enter the lounge area. Do you get coffee from here, the milk heavy. Room service team was amazing! They were quick with cleaning and making the bed. The location is great as well."

"We stayed in the Suite and also had a Double booked for our family. Our favourite part is the breakfast buffet here and the menu is included to order anything fresh ie waffles, eggs and coffee with such a wide range of options plus banh mi or pho if you wanted! The staff are friendly and helpful, they even called our taxi drivers for us that were pre booked to check for their arrival and helped with all our luggage. We’ve stayed here multiple times now and would definitely stay again!"

"The Majestic bears its name well…Majestic!! It is impressive from the moment you walk in. Old world class and charm. Check-in was easy, great and helpful service. I had a great room with a jacuzzi overlooking the river. It was awesome. Only downside is that you could see some wear and tear on the floors and wall. Pool on the 1st floor is an oasis of tranquility. L shape makes it great for laps. Excellent service. The rooftop breakfast is out of this world. Huge variety , fresh and delicious. They’ll even make you an iced Vietnamese coffee. Or a Banh mi sandwich. Consistently, their service is absolutely top notch. If you like fine historical hotels that are less about bling and more about substance and service, this is the place for you Happy 100th anniversary Majestic… I will surely return"

"This our third time at the Rex . They really make the effort for a nice stay . The pool is perfect , the am breakfast is extensive and tasty . The location in the heart of D1 surpasses staying at the VINhome complex ( we have done that as well ) "
