Goede accommodatie dicht bij Como-meer

Het appartement is kwalitatief goed, ruim van opzet en voldoende kamers. Ruime keuken, dat is een pluspunt. Goed ingericht, alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig. Behulpzame beheerders (Claudio, Francesca). Op loopafstand van grasstrand aan Como-meer. Prettig! Winkels (Iperal, Penny) op paar minuten reisafstand met auto. Wij hebben het er erg naar ons zin gehad!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Unterkunft nur die Treppe die oberen 2/3 ohne Handlauf fanden wir, meine Frau 76, ich 83 als sehr gefährlich. Die Trennwand zwischen den 2 Apartmen sollte die ganze Wand abdecken. Wir hatten sehr laute Nachbarn was den Aufenthalt manchmal unerträglich machte.

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Claudio war problemlos. Er ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Sehr schön und angenehm

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Küche schön groß, so dass für 7 Personen auch gut gekocht werden konnte. Auch die Zimmer und die Bäder haben ein schöne Größe. Zum Strand kann man laufen, braucht ca. 7 Minuten. Bis auf die Hähne die morgens krähen ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Wir hatten eunen mega tollen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Preis-/Leistung stimmt

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte! Die Doppelhaushälfte was so wie diese beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Der Service war nett und pünktlich. Die Matratzen waren ok, aber recht fest. Die Lage ist ruhig bis auf das morgentliche Krähen diverser Hähne in der Umgebung. Der Ort selbst hat einen Discounter, Schlachter, div. Restaurants und Bars alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Wanderungen, Touren und dem Fahrrad ist der Ort gut geeignet. Wir hatten dort einen entspannten Urlaub.

Villa is schoon bij aankomst. Schoonhouden is wel een item. Groot gemis is een wasmachine. Verder enkele zaken kapot/ niet werkend. koffiezetapparaat is bijv. niet goed werkend, gastfornuis is niet optimaal, douchekop kapot. Dat doet een beetje tweedehands aan. Ook schoonmaak met bezem is minimaal, geen nieuwe laken sets eerste 14 dagen....

Ausstattung Fernseher ,Möbel insbesondere Couch sehr abgenutzt. Satfernsehen mit 3 Programmen sehr wenig, Couch durchgesessen,gründlicher reinigen wäre empfehlenswert. Sehr laut....Hundegebell andauernd. Reisetipps: Wenig Tourismus, Mentalität Italiens erlebten wir in der Gegend hautnah.

Das Haus isr sehr geräumig, gu...

Das Haus isr sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, nichts fehlte. Sehr nette Begrüßung und guter Kontakt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ruhige Umgebung, nette Nachbarschaft. Wir (Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern) haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Reisetipps: Unbedingt sollte man die Abgeschiedenheit der Abazzia di Piona in seine Urlaubsplanung einbeziehen. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Dort unbedingt die Kirche und den Kreuzgang besuchen. Und danach den Klosterladen nicht vergessen. Hier gibt es die weitbekannten Liköre, und div. Honigsorten (u.a. Akazie!) und einen sehr guten Rosso. Das Haus in Dongo bietet ausgezeichnete Möglichkeiten, den Lago di Como in seiner ganzen Schönheit und Vielfalt zu erkunden.
