"Everything was great, however, the AC in our room was very loud. I asked my friends and it wasn’t the same for them. We stayed in one of the ocean view room. By the way, the view was great!! Excellent room to watch the beautiful sunset."

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We felt it is located well for us to get around to things we wanted to go to. Really the only minor complaint would be that the pool water was actually too warm. Not a deal breaker by any means. All in all we had a great experience and will gladly go back."

"We loved the location. Place was nice. Breakfast was out of this world. If there was only one change we could have made would have been a room upstairs or just away from pool area. It was just noisy at night. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back! Sammy is the best!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pier House. The location can't be beat--walking distance to most attractions, and golf carts are available onsite for going farther, such as Fort Zachary Taylor. We were treated with complete attention to any of our requests and questions. We typically select a resort with at least a guest laundry, if no in-room washer/dryer, but the laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced. The daily refreshing of linens was nice--seems like that has to be requested at many resorts now or is only after a few nights. They did a good job keeping the sargassum out of the Pier House swimming area and off the beach. Several of the ice machines didn't work, minor inconvenience. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Very good stay, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The balcony could have been tidier but this is only due to the amount of trees near the balcony so cannot be helped really! Location is perfect and only a 5 minute walk from bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a seafood market across the road which does an amazing lobster roll!"
