All brand new, appliances were top notch (including w2asher AND dryer) Eamonn was easy to communicate with, there were resources in the renters book for anything you need. "The house is well appointed and the pictures of the view/ house/living spaces were true to life! Kitchen & dining area were spacious & comfortable. The upstairs living room provide comfort and a pan-o-rama of ocean views. It is a bit isolated at nearly the end of a single track road, but worth the drive. If you are not from Ireland, pay attention to to the house instruction book especially for hot water!"
