"The property was well maintained"

"The place was clean, the property nice, and he left us a big jug of water with a pump. It's a pretty basic room, but we didn't plan on spending a lot of time there. He is not very quick with messages though. The lock on the door was broken and I didn't sleep well because of that. I let the host know first thing in the morning and he said he would be there momentarily. We waited two hours and he never showed. Never fixed the door. Also we didn't have a shower curtain which he also said he would bring and he never did. "

"I give it a generous 3. Water in sink very slow to drain. Tiny bottles of water provided. 2 bath towels, no hand towel or cloth bath mat for feet after shower. For the money charged it could have been much better."

"Clean little stay with parking space. The neighbor's dogs are very loud. Good stay, would stay here again!"

"This is a cute boutique hotel. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge . However, it does need a facelift, it’s quite dated. It worked for me because I wasn’t trying to be near the touristy/Malecon area but if you are, you need a car. It’s quite a ways out and there are no restaurants nearby."
