"I continuously come back to this location because the lady at the front desk is an absolute delight. She engages in conversation with everyone that comes in and she is so down to earth it makes you feel comfortable immediately. I always check in rather late (this last time was 10pm 11/14) and she is still in the greatest mood and makes me forget how tired I was or what a bad day I had. I love her and she is the reason I choose this location over others in the area. She is great! She gets me in and out quickly, shows me where my room is and makes sure, I have everything I need. I will continue to come back for her bright spirit."

" Over the past several years we always have chosen to stay at the Hilton Polaris while visiting Columbus. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. It is within walking distance to Polaris Mall , several restaurants and stores . "

"The staff they were absolutely amazing and so kind! And the rooms were clean but could’ve been cleaner in the bathroom area found a hair. But overall place was amazing and would definitely book again if I ever go in the area and would recommend my family and friends for a great place to stay to go there! "
