"Room was generally tidy although upon entering there was a bad as if someone had been to the toilet. When we arrived I asked a male member of staff at reception did he know or could he recommend anywhere to exchange sterling into Euros. This member of staff informed he didnt know anywhere that would be open to facilitate this request. When I went back to my room I read the guest handbook to see that the hotel itself did exchange euros. On our way to the restaurant we asked the same member of staff could he change £100 sterling like it says in the guest handbook. He was reluctant and unhelpful and offered a dreadful exchange rate. If this is something that hotel does not cater for it should be removed from the guest handbook. If it is something that the hotel does cater for training the staff on compliance with this would be essential. On a brighter the food in the restaurant was outstanding great value top quality."

"The check in was very efficient and quick. The room was spotless, quite big and plenty of amenities.. The leisure club was excellent, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and ice bath. The breakfast and staff excellent with plenty of options. We had an issue with a plumbing noise and we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Highly recommended 👏"

"The bedroom was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a small fridge which was ideal for keeping the complimentary bottles of water, cool. We had lunch and tea in Jacks Bar and the food was of a very high standard, and reasonably priced. The staff were courteous throughout the hotel and especially Danielle, who attended to us at lunchtime. As we arrived quite early, we were delighted to be given an early check in. The views from the Hotel, over the surrounding area, are absolutely breathtaking. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options. It was a nice touch that Colm served the hot items as required, ensuring that not only were they freshly cooked, but also piping hot. We would hope to return, in the near future, for possibly two nights, giving us the opportunity to explore more."

"My husband and I were there just for a quick break, just a couple of hours from home. The hotel was easily found and plenty of parking spaces including disabled. Reception staff were polite and friendly and our room was spacious and comfortable. We did not use the spa amenities as travelling about most of the day we just wanted a drink and some entertainment. We were not disappointed in that, we were room only as both of us cannot eat a big feed in the morning but you could book in for breakfast if you wanted. Could not fault this hotel."

"Comfortable, clean, nice staff for a three star hotel what more could you ask for. One question why would you serve fish and chips on charcuterie boards for the love of god wise up and put on plates lol was nicely done fish be proud of that."
