8.6/10 Excellent! (1,360 reviews)
Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

8.4/10 Very good! (2,006 reviews)
I really enjoyed my room and having a small kitchenette. The room was on the ground floor and at the back, but was actually above ground level, and was walled off - I had no concerns about safety. Very clean and quiet. Really great location near the Earl's Court Tube Station, with lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I felt safe walking in the area. Even though it was October, I did use the air conditioning at night as I found it a bit warm - it was very easy and worked beautifully. Really enjoyed my stay.

"Didn’t have a great experience at this hotel being chased to the bedroom by the bar manager knocking on the door after 11pm for something that would be settled at reception the next day."
