"Una habitacion muy moderna, limpia , comoda y amplia , tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todos los empleados son muy amables con mucho profecionalismo, tiene un restaurante cocinan muy rico, tiene su piscina, y un centro de recreacion arriba, está ubicada en un lugar centrico , donde puede cojer taxi, tienen supermercados y mucho mas, es muy limpio y hermoso el lobby , te va a encantar !! "

"The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were not the cleanest. The checkin procedure was only communicated to me in the morning of the checkin date while I was flying. My family that came with car had no knowledge of this and could not gain access."

"Lovely home overall. Had a few minor problems but the host was able to quickly handle things and get everything to our liking. Very friendly host. Our biggest issue was the night staff gaurd. He was an absolute jerk in assisting us. The most helpful thing he did was open the gate. Our spanish was limited and he wouldnt even take the time to read or even listen to our translator app. He was trying to put us out in the street at midnight until someone just so happen to come thru the gate who spoke spanish and english was able to littally make him do his job. He almost ruined our entire trip from the start."

"Awesome condo hotel. The only problems I experienced were in the apartment - bugs in the kitchen and shower. The shower water temperature is difficult to control, and the flushing mechanism in the toilet forces you intermittently to lift the lid on the toilet to flush. The sofa along with the cushions looked shabby, worn and old. The power outlet locations (exception bedroom) were limited and not well located. Very little counter space in the kitchen to cook. Regardless of the negatives, the place overall is incredibly pleasant due to the building and views of the city. Lastly, Edward responded to my emails promptly which was helpful overcoming the problems."
