"Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there."

"Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. "

"We loved everything about this house! The location was great, you could easily walk to Downtown Durham in minutes. The house was very clean and cleaning supplies were available if you needed to clean up a spill or vacuum a mess, which isn’t always the case in rental homes. Loved having a quick, working washer and dryer. Note there is a fire house behind the house, so you will occasionally hear fire truck sirens leaving the station. Other than that it was a peaceful, relaxing stay. "
