The apartment has very rudimentary air conditioning (cool air that passes into the apartment from one hole in a wall in the main bedroom) and no ceiling fans. Imagine requesting simple items like pillow cases. It had no pillow cases(2) on the pillows. Used T/shirt to cover. Finally asked the front desk after a week of no response.
