"Great hotel great views although the new rooftop staff is rude inconsiderate and just forget else that you have exist. We waited 45 minutes to get our check to leave after waiting to even be served a drink. We even tried to give it a second chance and it was worse the second time. The downstairs bar/lobby has amazing attentive and friendly staff. I recommend the RIU just avoid the new rooftop. "

Staff were charming and professional. Comfortable beds. It's sort of expensive but I honestly feel like the hotel could he charging higher room rates.
