"This is a great little hotel in the heart of a really fun part of the city. Leo was great and helped me out with everything I needed. They even shipped items back to me in the states when I forgot them in the room. Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff."

"Great hotel great views although the new rooftop staff is rude inconsiderate and just forget else that you have exist. We waited 45 minutes to get our check to leave after waiting to even be served a drink. We even tried to give it a second chance and it was worse the second time. The downstairs bar/lobby has amazing attentive and friendly staff. I recommend the RIU just avoid the new rooftop. "
