"What I like about this hotel is how the staff is very polite, friendly, and courteous especially the guests service desk clerk (Franny). Also I can’t say enough about the shuttle service this hotel provide 100% the best. I travel to Miami for my cruise last year and again this year and I stay at the YVE hotel both times and it didn’t disappoint me and my wife. I plan on using this hotel every time I visit Miami."
