"The resort overall was very nice and beautiful. The landscaping, lights and atmosphere was top notch. It was very clean and the resort offered a lot of entertainment. Rooms were clean and room service was great. Drinks served at the Skybar were great and staff was great at the restaurant and serving poolside. The beach was well maintained and groomed every morning. Paradeco coffee and breakfast was great. We did not get a chance to eat at Luna due to conflict of schedule and reservations being required (was fully booked on the weekend) A few complaints: the hot tub was out of service through the entire duration of our stay. It would’ve been nice to have the hot tub available during our stay in March when it was cooler at night. There was a surprise “resort fee” upon check-in that would be fine if everything was in working order. Also the food at Skybar was far from good. We ate dinner one night and chose not to get food from Skybar the remainder of the stay due to poor quality, however the drinks and service were great. Parking on the weekend was terrible for those staying at the resort. Due to offering walk-ins at Luna, Skybar and the banquet hall, parking was scarce for guests staying at the resort. "

"The room was clean and well prepared and breakfast was very good. "

"The room was clean and new. The location was perfect. However the shower was flooding the bathroom to the point where it was reaching the threshold into the room. I contacted the staff who sent a maintenace person. The said the shower was missing some kind of gasket. I also think it was not draining properly. I ask for more towels to contain the water but they did not bring enough . In fact they brought kess including no rags. By day 3 it was really. One time i called and the person at the desk was sort of rude saying they could check me out like i had somewhere else to ho. Finally a different maintenace guy showed up and was able to piece meal some stuff from other showers. It did not totally solve the problem but it was better. Finally later that night they brought sufficent towels but was leaving the next day. The whole experience just distracted from my vacation. I have text and pictures as that is how you interact with the desk. I would also recommend a microwave and a long mirror. Overall the place is nice but unfortunately my stay was not up to par because of the shower."

"Pricey but worth it! "

"This was one of the worst places ever. For starters, the front desk clerk tried to deny my granddaughter‘s service pet by saying that people with PTSD/anxiety do not need service dogs they have emotional support animals when in fact that is far from the truth. She told me that I would need to find another place for the animal to stay. I went outside and told my granddaughter what was said and my granddaughter became hysterical. Thankfully, her dog was there to calm her down. I called the office and spoke to the front desk, clerk again and told her that the dog was in fact, a service dog and should not be denied access to the property. I also told her that my granddaughter became hysterical when I told her the dog couldn’t stay. The woman then stated that she would alert everybody that the dog is a service dog, but never once apologized for denying the dog in the first place or for causing my granddaughter to have a breakdown. Then, at about 1:30 in the morning, my phone rings. I woke up from the phone ringing, but did not answer it because I didn’t want to wake my granddaughter or my husband up so I let it go to voicemail. Next, comes a text stating that a dog was found and they wanted to know if it was my dog. It’s a trained service dog, so why would they call me or text me in the middle of the night to ask me if that dog belonged to me? The place was equivalent to a Days Inn. A motel, not a resort or a hotel. It was also dirty and smelled musty. I checked out after 1 day"

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh. Had one traveler who would have liked bacon instead of sausage. Was very touched to have two cupcakes waiting in the room as it was my birthday the day we arrived. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again when in the area."

"Amazing staff. Unfortunately Tub backed up & pool drinks were overpriced, no clean pool towels in bin first evening, hot tub jets didn’t work."

"Really nice stay. Everyone was super friendly and room was clean. I love that they give beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids, and bikes for free!! Perfect 3 day stay. "
