"The bathroom was dirty, shower was gross to the point of being unusable, and the floors were dirty. Whoever parked outside our window kept activating their headlights right into our room, and the blinds did little to nothing to block out the headlights. The sheets and pillowcases were washed in cleaning products that made it hard for us to breathe and gave my wife an asthma attack last night. My child also had breathing trouble in the room. We had to leave the motel and go across the street last night to get a room that was clean with a usable bathroom and sheets that didn’t trigger asthma. I want my money back because we couldn’t even use the room."

"This was a beautiful hotel lobby! I had to wait a bit in line to check in, but our room was very spacious and clean. It had a large fridge which we needed for our travel cooler items. No breakfast offerings other than granola bars, but they gave me two bottles of water for the road upon request."

"It was very helpful family of five to have breakfast included. The staff were very helpful answered any and all questions. The access to the pools and beach were easy. The rental umbrellas and chairs were not complementary of the hotel so therefore you had to pay out-of-pocket. Loved the location because it was very close to the Pensacola Boardwalk, which is so much fun."
