Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The property is smaller than some nearby resorts, but that makes it easy to navigate and rather comfortable. Landscaping and exterior areas are very well maintained. Pre-arrival communication could be improved, particularly regarding calls since they themselves shared a disconnected phone number with me and then promoted me to find another number online. I would not recommend pre-arranging transfers, as they are overpriced, and taxis and Uber from the airport are significantly more affordable. The room is clean but somewhat outdated. The mattress is firm, the TV is small and not a smart TV, and the shower is on the smaller side (taller guests may find it tight). The bathroom occasionally had a slight odor. The buffet is good/average overall. Consistent, but nothing particularly standout. The Italian restaurant was excellent and a highlight of the stay, with outstanding service by Yorquis. Service throughout the resort was generally very good and comparable to, or even better than, some higher price point properties. For the cost, this is a solid option.

Pool entertainment staff are great and fun. This my 3rd stay and will be back. All staff are helpful, rooms are great and very clean. The compound is beautiful.

Overall, the staff is super friendly, professional, and communicative. Especially the sales/rental team and the staff at the mini market. The property is very well located, private, and secure. It is located about a 1h drive from PUJ Airport and approximately the same distance from SDQ Airport. The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. However, some recommendations and points for improvement would be to enhance the maintenance of the apartment. The balcony doors didn’t latch; therefore, we were not able to lock them. Additionally, the air conditioning in the common areas of the apartment stopped working on the second night, and the sink was almost entirely clogged. The sales/rental team reported these issues to the maintenance team immediately. However, after the technician came to inspect and validate the report, he said he would send someone during the day to fix everything, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, the kids’ playground toys are broken and not safely secured. Only the slide can be used safely by children.
