Downtown Stamford Holidays

Do not go to this place. The staff sucks. First night. I learned that it is a motel, no signs to lead you to the front desk, so I entered through the back door, walk up. After dragging my suitcase up stairs, I see that it was an entry for guests. I left my suitcase and headed to the front desk. There, I was greeted with noise. Parties to go. I asked for the 2nd, and only upper floor, motel. They only had vacancies on deck one. Now hear me, all the party goers were on the 2nd deck while guests, who were not at the, did I say three parties, were on the 2nd deck. Ok, I get to my room and it got worst. The bottom three ballrooms vibrated my room. I did not want to get angry, so I located the mall and left. Next, it gets even more miserable . I went for included breakfast. It sucked. I watched the staff pick their nose, went ungloved as they served food, handled utensils, food and engaged in too loud personal conversations. So unprofessional.

Overall wonderful

After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the security protocols in place. I genuinely hope this feedback prompts a review of your procedures to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
