"Beautiful place! Charging for parking is absolutely ridiculous considering the price of the rooms. Charging for everything actually. No coffee, no breakfast, and the restaurant was very slow and expensive."

"This was my second time staying at The Lloyd and it was fantastic! I was very impressed with the attention to detail, friendliness of the staff, and unexpected in-room amenities. It was nice to have a cozy robe, Nespresso coffees, Grace Farms teas, and a clothes steamer. There are premium Five Wits toiletries in the bathroom. What impressed me the most, however, was that the manager, Jesus, noticed the comment on my reservation that I would be celebrating my birthday. He wished me "happy birthday" when I arrived, and sent a balloon, fruit platter, and a basket of sweets with a lovely note to my room! Two things that I greatly appreciated: The staff member who checked me in sent a few "how are things?" texts during my stay. There is also a QR code for tipping the housekeeping staff in the room. I am someone who rarely carries cash and often forget to leave a tip. The QR code makes it much easier. This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants and a movie theater. Valet parking is available for a fee which was very helpful. The lounge, dining, area, and bar are cozy; there is a daily "happy hour" from 4-6pm. Overall, this was a great hotel to spend a birthday weekend. If I could give the experience higher than 5 stars, I would!"

"The apartment is located in the hub bub of Stamford, a nice area very populated even in the evening where it feels safe. Apartment had all amenities that I needed. The host provided extra touches like a Keurig coffee pot stocked with Keurig cups and sugar. A washing machine and dryer were a plus as I like to pack only clean clothes. Bed was super comfortable. Modern design has a Zen vibe, great to decompress after travel. TV offered free movies that didn’t require my own subscription which I appreciated. Host offered toiletries like shampoo and soap. Great apartment for one person or a couple. "
