"Pulled up and clerk was out front smoking pot then barley could check us in the room . Then the 4 surrounding rooms. Had lysol cans on the outside of the room and some one was smoking pot . The sheets were stained and questionable and no pillow cases . Definitely slept in our clothes 3 hours and were out of there . Highly do not recommend! "

"Was never told when breakfast was, our room or anything. Newly renovated, bathroom has a nice walk in shower. For the price, it was very nice. Pillows were comfortable, beds were a little hard, but I know some people like harder beds. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Workers were friendly but there is a need for valet parking. The gentleman that assisted was with our luggage to our room was outstanding. We think his name was Jraig the bellman. Very professional. "

"We had stayed at a different hotel the night before (when this location was sold out) and it was less than ideal. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. It was clean, the amenities were great, the beds were comfortable. There was work going on at the location but it was quiet at night and you could tell they were taking the needed measures to fix and maintain items not in working order. This will always be where we stay from here out coming to Shreveport. The staff at the Marriott went above and beyond, my kids have talked about how kind and welcoming they were all week."
