This policy feels unreasonable and honestly misleading. A minimal reward credit should not completely disqualify a customer from receiving fair pricing or any type of price adjustment, especially when the difference is this significant. I made the effort to book early, which is typically encouraged, yet I’m now being penalized for it. From a customer standpoint, this comes across as a lack of transparency and flexibility. It creates the impression that loyalty rewards are being used as a loophole to avoid honoring fair pricing practices. I’ve used your platform expecting consistency and customer-first service, but this situation has done the opposite. I’m not asking for anything excessive—just a reasonable adjustment or credit that reflects the current rate difference. Situations like this make customers reconsider using the platform in the future. I would strongly urge you to review this policy, as it negatively impacts customer trust and overall experience."
