"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"stayed for 4 nights — front desk was very helpful! there was some issues with payment, but the front desk lady at the time was super nice and patient while we got it sorted out. rooms were clean and well maintained ; however, I noticed the second time I went to use the shower, there was black ants coming out from what seems like the cracks in the caulking which freaked me out. Breakfast was okay — they had you’re own “make your waffles” (kids enjoyed it lol), but not a lot to choose from. There is a dinner right next to the hotel that’s walking distance from which is nice. The only thing that concerned me was that the front doors were never closed and there’s no security or “scan in” option for when it’s super late at night. (I’m a very paranoid person, so this might be an issue for everyone 😅)"

"The hotel is located right next to a bar/restaurant that plays loud music that shook our room until very late (1am). Might not be ideal for light sleepers or if you have kids that need rest. We didn’t sleep well that night."

"Second time staying here and this visit matched our previous stay. Everything is clean and convenient. Pat is responsive and attentive. Good internet connectivity, huge refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and onion. Heating and cooling worked perfectly as springtime days are warm and nights are still chilly. Location is convenient to all Sandy destinations including the Brighton snowboarding resort (19 minutes drive). Quiet and very cozy. Intend to return next year for Archery National Championships in April 2027."

"The view was beautiful after you looked past the RVs in the back. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. It was an older home and they converted the garage into 2 VRBOs. There was an issue with noise but it was quickly taken care of. Overall, it was a great neighborhood and was safe."
