"We spent a long weekend in this lovely beach house with its modern decor and many facilities. It was well placed in the holiday village near to the pub and shop and path to the beach. The path itself was steep in parts but manageable. There is a lovely walk along the beach to Filey. A wondered stay."

"The home was just as we hoped. Very clean, modern decorating, new kitchen and bathrooms, heating was warm and working well. We were allowed to bring our dogs, who had a secure back garden to play in. Nothing bad to say, the owners Steve and Carole, were wonderful and responsive. Thank you, we will be coming back!"

"This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️"

Paul is very quick to answer any questions ahead of the stay and there is really no need to contact him during the stay as the house has everything you could need. We’ve visited before and will certainly be back again!"

"A lovely little property, tucked out of the way 15 minutes walk from one of the gates to the city of York. We parked the car and then left it there. There were local buses but we didn't feel the need to use them. A very modern downstairs bathroom. The stairs were narrow but were aware of this in the comprehensive details. "The cottage was so close to the centre of Filey it made getting around so easy, the cottage was situated on a quiet street so not at all noisy during the day or night. Immaculately clean bedding and towels, everything that was needed was there to use, and added bonus was Sky TV and the seating area outside. The owner Louise went over and above to be helpful Overall a lovely short stay, wish it had been longer."

"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
