8.8/10 Excellent! (5 reviews)
Phoenix B&B is a lovely little place to stay in Derry! The rooms are decently sized and cutely decorated. We loved how homey it felt. The owners kept us informed and answered any questions we had promptly via message which was much appreciated! Shower was hot and there was even a kitchen downstairs, which is quite convenient

Bathrooms smelled like mold. Mold in the shower. Very dirty. Carpets were very old and dirty.
