"Hotel is not 5 star. its very old, in places not well maintained, very basic and empty looking. Food is ok but nothing special. Had no cold water or toilet facilities for nearly a whole day. This hotel was mote 3.5 stars. "

"AC wasn’t working on the first day. Staff are slow and unresponsive. Paid breakfast but you can’t have an iced coffee (this is an extra charge), bizarre!! Telephone in the room didn’t work either. Overall a very poor service, definitely not a 5 star. Has gone downhill massively since management has changed. "
