"The property is located 15 min walk from Emirates Towers metro. There are cafes, shops and other facilities nearby the property. The building is well kept/maintained, really clean and modern. Unfortunately the pool at the building is closed for repair during our visit. The staff are welcoming and really helpful, communication is fast and responsive. The room itself has all give required items in the kitchen including washing machine and dishwater which make the stay very comfortable."

"Die Wohnung, die Aussicht und dass es einen privaten Strand hat fanden wir sehr gut. Jedoch gab es für ein Gebäude, dass 45 Stockwerke besitzt nur 12 Sonnenliegen am Strand, was nicht nachvollziehbar war. Es gab jegliche Diskussionen von anderen Besuchern mit dem Strandpersonal, dass dafür null verantwortlich war. Des Weiteren war in der Wohnung nur der Staubsauger zu beanstanden, weshalb wir die Wohnung in den 2W nicht saugen konnten. "

" Luxurious stay close to everything!We had an amazing time at this spacious duplex apartment. The location was perfect—just 10 minutes from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. "The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot.
