Fantastic stay in Dubbo
Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The unit is fully self-contained. It looks like it was recently renovated. Very clean, and tastefully decorated. Little touches like a bottle of milk in the fridge (not the usual little milk pods), and a proper coffee machine (capsule type) made our stay particularly pleasant. The bed a comfortable and the bathroom's shower stall is large. Will be staying here again when in Dubbo. Highly recommended.

Property was good for a few days stay. However, the internet service is very poor and only slows a certain amount for 8 hours and it was continually dropping out. I had a business online meeting that was plagued by drop outs, I swapped to hotspot with my phone. Netflix stopped on the weekend. If you’re there for business and need the internet where video is required you’ll need a back up plan. The property needs to upgrade the internet service.

Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your meeting. Our free internet provides for 5GB per device per day, which also automatically resets after 8 hours if the data limit is exceeded. All our apartments are equipped with smart TV's which are permanently connected to Wi-Fi with unlimited data for guests who want to use their own Netflix accounts on them, we do not provide or claim to provide Netflix. 5GB provides about 2 hours of high definition streaming per device. We have Fibre to the node high speed NBN (100mb / sec) to our premises, and have recently upgraded all our Wi-Fi access points. Speeds can vary depending on your device, the number of other guests using streaming services, and local network demands. Not sure why you experience such difficulty.

The fact that they advertised on the website that in a standard 1 b/r apartment it included Foxtel/wifi, there was no Foxtel in this room. We saw the man @ reception & was told it was only executive suites that had Foxtel. This was the only problem with our stay

Hi, Sorry about the misinformation about the Foxtel. We removed Foxtel from all or Standard Apartments about 12 months ago due to ongoing technical and service issues with Foxtel. I thought I had removed this from all or online listings of facilities for the 1 bedroom standard apartments. Thanks for your review and bringing this to our attention. We are working with our web developer to correct this error.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating and eager to help. The location was very convenient for the purpose of my trip, and I would not hesitate in staying there again. I would highly recommend these apartments to family, friends and colleagues.

It was such a nice spot to stay in, really nice living/lounge area to relax in compared to a motel, and really the price is not much more than a standard motel room. Totally worth it and will be back again!

Manager welcomed neon arrival and was friendly and helpful. Beautifully clean and well maintained apartment right by the pool. Bathrooms recently renovated and spotless. Double glazed windows reduce outside noise to virtually zero. Normally stay elsewhere in Dubbo but they were booked solid. Will be staying here from now on. Thanks

The property was newly renovated and well maintained. The staff were great. The only minor issue was the parking spaces are incredibly narrow making it impossible to get out once parked due to the cars eitherside. We have a small sedan.

Hi Allira, thanks for your review. Yes, are car park is a bit tight, especially when it is full. Our Car spaces are actually 30 cm wider than the Australian standard, but yes I agree with you, they are on the narrow side if you have a large car or SUV.

The cottage was well equipped and a great size for our family. The staff had put the aircon on before we arrived so it was lovely and cool. Also we really appreciated the 1L milk which was enough for our 2 night stay.

Good staff in reception is the only plus Conc: When we enter in to out unit it is too smelly near kitchen hopefully the previous tenants would have cooked something with bad smell Out of 3 days stay only the first day has been done with the house keeping remaining days has no maintenance done..we got to use the same towels , bathroom stuff and also bins are not cleaned Bathroom door has not been working it is very hard go close and sliding door looks weird and very hard to open and close During our stay opp tenants has prepared somw dinner shd be fish , and smell was very strong and reached out rooms very badly. Swimming pool is nice ! But bring your own towels since there is no daily house keeping

Sorry about the smell in the kitchen, we have a ozone air purifying machine available to remove such smells, normally would be done prior to arrival if we notice any odours during cleaning. Daily service is not included in our standard prices, but can be provided at an additional cost by contacting our reception. (weekly service provided for all extended stays). We are happy to replace towels as required, just let us know during office hours. We are currently encouraging all guests to bring their own pool towels as part of our Covid safe plan. If you don't remember we do have pool towels available by contacting reception. Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the sliding door, we will have our maintenance staff look at it. Please accept our apologies for the issues during you stay.
