"Really great place to base yourselves to visit Lake Como. Low cost but high quality. Car is preferred but there is a train station right outside the apartment"

Also had a lovely welcome from their golden retriever! The views were amazing from our room and the pool area.. we would definitely come and stay again😊"

"Chiavenna center is not far from the B&B, where one can find many restaurants.
Silvia is very kind and helpful, and the studio is well equipped with everything which one needs during our stay"

"This B&B is a gem! Beautiful location, rooms very clean, and the staff / owner were awesome. The details in the room (hair dryer, lots of organized space for your stuff), waters, and breakfast were all really great. "

"Easy to find, great with parking right outide or near. Great location in the mountains. Friendly staff and quick checkin. Room was ok, bathroom had issues with hot water and water pressure. A bit pricy for my taste, but i guess the competition in this area is low."

"Excellent location. We stepped off the ferry and in through the doors of the hotel, into a beautifully furnished and air-conditioned foyer. A very warm welcome awaited us and we were able to check in and access room immediately. Clean room with air conditioning was most welcome. Access to private outdoor pool and sun lounger area was excellent; we got loungers with a view of the lake!
Breakfast was tasty with range of hot and cold foods available.
Easy access to walking along the shoreline of Bellagio.
Highly recommend a stay here."
"Outstanding property and service. Amazing views and amenities. Welcoming and responsive staff. Will be back for a longer trip hopefully sooner than later."
"This hotel has the best view of Bellagio and the lake surrounding. The breakfast included has a good variety and was very tasty and fresh. The food at the restaurant was ok, beautifully plated but each dish was a hit or miss. We stayed in the larger room with the big balcony (amazing by the way) and it was clean, simple and smelled great. The bed was extremely comfortable, keep in mind that a European king is smaller than a western king mattress (a tiny bit bigger than a western queen). The washroom offers shampoo+soap, conditioner, hand soap, shower caps and cotton pads/swabs. Their courtyard is very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous, chairs and tables under a living tree canopy with a grassy area. It also boasts a large deck with the amazing views. This hotel is located on the mountain quite a ways from Bellagio, so keep that in mind depending if you enjoy the quiet, spaciousness, and needing to use their complimentary shuttle into town. The best part of this trip was Maya from the front desk; she is the most helpful and lovely person, who helped us out immensely when our plans ran into a road block. Thank you Maya, we are eternally grateful!"
"We cannot recommend this property and the wonderful people highly enough!! From the moment we arrived everyone treated us exceptionally. The information, helpfulness and care they all took to ensure our honeymoon stay was perfect was endless. The room was immaculate, building gorgeous, view impeccable. We had to leave early in the day due to the train strikes, the team supported us with takeaway breakfast as we left. From start to finish it was above and beyond. We cannot thank everyone enough for their help.
We highly recommend and will continue to highly recommend this beautiful property, gorgeous Bellano and location of this property to the train station and ferry to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. Ps the Pistachio creme cornetto is sublime."
"Gorgeous property with an amazing view, a pool, clean, with very friendly staff. They offer breakfast which was basic but enough choices and delicious. A bit far from the promenade about 20 min walk going down and 25 min going uphill. Beautiful walk, though! If you are OK with a nice walk this is the place for you. If you have a car they offer free parking. There are few taxis available in case you need a ride. Very peaceful place"
