Our Cosy 2 bed townhouse is located in Dublin's Liberties and is a short stroll to the main tourist attractions. The townhouse is one of 5 situated in an enclosed and gated courtyard. Each Townhouse has it's own south facing back garden and come complete with fully equipped kitchens and a well proportioned lounge/dining area. #12 has two bedrooms with two singles beds in each.

The space

Two Twin Bedrooms. There is a separate galley style kitchen and a living space sitting/dinning area and one bathroom with electric shower. There is a 32" smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Plenty of books. A DVD player, board games and games console on request and subject to availability.

Fantastic Place To Stay

Communication with Doug the owner was amazing !!!!!The property was very lovely and had such a great Irish charm. The natural lighting in the house was wonderful. The overhead lighting and lamps were also very good. The property was very clean and neat. The kitchen supplies had everything we needed. Doug had a vacation book with all of the attractions we wanted to see. He also had a map of the area.I really liked the property being on a culdsac and the property was a gated which made me feel very safe. If you are an American the best way to find the property is to type the Eircode in your maps. Just type in the number.Doug was very nice and prompt to answer all of my questions. First time in Dublin

We loved our stay! It was so peaceful and quiet but so walkable to everything!! We enjoyed sitting out back in the unexpected beautiful sunny weather. Thank you Doug!

Very convenient location in Dublin. Walked to almost everything. Doug was friendly and accommodating. Premises were quiet (nice!) and fine for our brief two day stay. If longer we (three mature adults) would have looked for an additional bathroom. Suggestions: wastebaskets and small fans in each bedroom, small shelf in shower. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Comfortable town house accommodation

Comfortable yet furnishings and kitchen need updating. Appreciated that the townhouse was in a gated cul de sac as the adjacent street had a lot of garbage/liter and a row house with broken windows. Host was an excellent communicator.

Lovely place to stay!

Everything was wonderful about the property. It was clean, cozy, and very functional for my sister and I. Doug was a gracious host. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Property is conveniently located. About 7-10 minutes to Guinness storehouse and 15-20 minutes to temple bar. The beds are pillows could use updating as they were rather thin and uncomfortable

Great location for seeing Dublin

This property was easy walking to many of Dublin's main sites, in a quiet neighbourhood. Doug was able to accommodate our request for early check-in and parking. He was available if we needed anything and reached out a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location

We were greeted by Doug who spent time making sure that we felt at home and familiar with the neighborhood and all the best sites to visit. The townhouse was perfectly situated in a totally quiet private square that was within minutes' walk of the city centre. Newly built, by the look of it, with plenty of space for four people. The decor and furnishings were tasteful and everything was spotlessly clean. We prepared simple meals in the well appointed kitchen but also ate out at a few of the many, many restaurants in the city, all an easy walk away. We had hired a car for trips in the countryside and had ample safe parking within the square - a rare gift in a city centre. Doug contacted us also during our stay to check that all was well and we didn't need anything. The personal touch was welcoming without being intrusive. I heartily recommend Doug's townhouse and will make this my definite choice next time I'm in Dublin. Many thanks, Doug, for treating us to your Irish hospitality.

But if like us, we were surprised by how steep the staircase was to the bathroom and bedrooms. Good location.

Great apartment and host

Apartment was very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated with comfortable living space on the lower level and bedrooms on the upper. It's ideal for a family or small group of friends. Kitchen was perfect to prepare small meals- stocked with coffee, teas, cereals, condiments, ect. It's in a very good location to walk to city center (about 10-15minutes) and closer to several other sites (Christ Church, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Guinness brewery, Phoenix Park). Doug was a very attentive, helpful and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again!
