Welcome to this magnificent red brick house, built in the 1940s and redeveloped to suit modern standards. The house is surrounded by lush Wisteria and sits behind secure electric gates on half an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens and lawns, ensuring privacy and tranquility. This property sleeps 10 and offers an impressive and unique living experience, with its stunning interior, magnificent gardens, and exceptional privacy.



The Space:

This stylish and contemporary house boasts 3 reception rooms which are bright and airy, with dual aspects that allow natural light to flood in. The large sitting room is furnished with an elegant couch and comfortable designer accent chairs, perfect for entertaining, lounging and watching TV or simply relaxing with a book. The dining room comfortably seats 8 people and features a lovely large fireplace and patio door access to the gardens, providing a cozy and inviting space for entertaining guests.



The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample storage space making meal preparation a breeze, a kitchen breakfast bar, a casual dining area, and a wine closet for a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas.



The family/games/chill room is the perfect place to unwind and features a large wrap-around couch, a Le Corbusier style lounge chair for reclining, a football table to have fun with, and large patio doors that open out to the garden. The couch turns into a double sofa bed - but there are NO CURTAINS in this room. Finally, the utility room with its ample storage areas and washer/dryer appliances is conveniently located on the ground floor.



Upstairs, a large landing provides access to all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master Double Bedroom suite features a large bathroom with a bath, dedicated shower closet, and WC. There's a dressing room/study also part of the Master Suite. The large Second Double Bedroom also has an ensuite shower room and WC. The third Double Bedroom has a desk. The fourth Bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted cupboards. The three main bedrooms are all very bright and have large vaulted ceilings and features large fitted wardrobes.
