Top Dublin Northside Hotel Reviews

Ruby Molly Hotel Dublin
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel, close to town, downside is the bar, lots of staff just don’t want to serve and go missing and leave you waiting"

Clontarf Castle Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Tried to check in at 19:00/7pm, was told room wasn't ready. Traveling with baby that needed to go to bed. Staff offered tea/coffee while we wait but we were then charged for the tea. Sane tea that would have been free in our room if we could get in. Took over half an hour to get access to our room. One elevator was out of order. Only given 2 towels for 3 people in room (babies need to be cleaned as well). No fridge in room (standard in North America, disappointing its not in Ireland). For a "castle stay" we were excited for, it was average to poor at best. Not very close to Dublin or transit if you are hoping to avoid driving/parking fees in Dublin. "

Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Airport shuttle easy to find. Great hotel to stay in but far from other places. "

Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport Central
8/10 Good
"Has obviously recently been taken over. Beautiful entrance hall and cafe / bar area. Breakfast standard for a hotel and staff very attentive. Room was very clean and comfortable but lacking in character. I think it’s just been done up. Great selection of plug / charging options. Excellent shower. There was a lot of building noise throughout the day in the Friday. Was disappointing to have no pool as the advert on Expedia said there was one. Meant to have use of local pool but that’s no longer available and was closed for Easter anyway! "

"My family of four stayed here for 5 nights - we had a 2-bdrm unit and it was perfect for our stay. Very convenient location, close to the airport (shuttle drops off right at the hotel), groceries and cinema across the street, public transportation right outside the door, and walkable to downtown. Very safe neighborhood too. The hotel staff are great, and the cafe in the hotel was very handy. I had read bad reviews about the breakfast, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was - not just a continental breakfast, this was a full buffet and there was something for everyone. We made use of our in-room kitchen most days, but treated ourselves to the hotel breakfast on our last day. The vibe of the place is fun and friendly, somewhere between university student housing and trendy hotel. Loved having in-room laundry."

"We came here over Easter weekend and had an amazing stay - lovely rooms and the male staff on the front desk were super helpful and made our trip!! "

Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin
10/10 Excellent
"Easy check in. Great location!"

Dublin One Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very accommodating staff who met all of our requests. They allowed us to check in early for free, packed us some breakfast when we left early for a trip, and gave us more teabags when asked. Very nice restaurant with lots of food for breakfast. Room was a bit small and lack of places to store things. Unable to open a window was difficult as room was stuffy and the fan control system wasn't very powerful."
