Self-contained apartment in Dubrovnik

Apartment had all that you could want including a washing machine. Note there are 82 steps to the apartment - but then all apartments appear to be up steps. Location was great once we had our luggage up the steps. Mini mart close by. And Main Street easy to access.

We found the property very clean and well placed, as long as you can do steps, but that is the same for the whole of Dubrovnik Old Town. Our hosts were excellent and always happy to help. There were lots of extras in the apartment which were very welcome. The only criticism we had was there were only 2 cereal bowls when the apartment sleeps 4.

The property was fabulously located, close to the main street and resteraunts. The host was incredibly helpful, welcoming and couldnt ask for anything more. Amenities were available. Homemade sherry was presented on arrival which was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would stay here again when back in Dubrovnik. Highly recommend.

HIDDEN GEM, SO WORTH IT

Excellent location but beware if you're not a fan of steps as there are quite a few - don't recommend with massive suitcases. So easy to be on the main street in a few mins, loads of places to eat nearby, excellent views. Apartment itself was spotless with amazing air con (suggest there could be some blankets for when it gets a bit chilly and takes too long to "warm up"!). The owner was superb at being in contact, overall excellent experience.

The posting does not mention the 90 steps required to reach the apartment. This place is not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs while carrying large luggage. I am 67 years old with knee problem. I would not have booked this place if the posting description had clearly disclosed the 90 steps. I only learned about them on check-in day, when I called the owner, and I had to find alternative accommodations. Based on this inaccurate posting description, I am requesting a full refund.
