This is a comfortable studio apartment offering city views and free private parking. Conveniently located between Old Town and Gruz harbor, the property is ideal for those who seek to be near the city center but at the same time enjoy a more quiet and tranquil environment.


Apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building and consist of: entrance hall, walk in closet, bathroom with bath/shower, full kitchen, dining area and a sleeping area with queen size bed which can be converted into two single beds if requested.

Amenities include: AC, Free WiFI, Cable TV, Iron and ironing board, Safe box, Washing machine, Hair dryer, and well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer and electric kettle.

The area is calm and mostly residential, bakery, grocery store and bus stop are all located within a short walking distance from the property, about 3 - 5 minutes.

Dubrovnik Old Town is approximately 1.5 kilometers away from the property, around 25 minutes walking distance. Nearest beach is Bellevue, located around 10 minutes walking distance from the property.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
