Apartment is situated on the second floor of a new built house and is very tastefully decorated. View is really beautiful.

There is large private terrace in front of the apartment, with completely private swimming pool and deck chairs. No one else has access. All these area is completely private and will provide you total rest and comfort.

There is also BBQ you can use.

Center with the bank, post office, ATMs, grocery shops, shopping center, restaurants, cafe bars, pharmacy, doctor, rent a car, hairdresser, open market with fresh vegetables and fruits - just 300m.

Copacabana Beach, one of the biggest and most beautiful beaches in Dubrovnik, is just 600 m from apartment (about 5 minutes walking and you can also go by car since there is large parking) and you can enjoy many facilities there (diving or water skiing)… It is great beach for day and evening entertainment since there, on the beach you have bar, also music in the evening, and water sports (surfing, banana, jet sky…). You also have boat excursions you can take and go to Elaphite islands (Kolocep, Lopud or Sipan).

There is also Lapad Beach some 400-500 m from apartment, also really nice pebble beach, also great for children. There are also many other beaches around since there are many hotels close to the house and each hotel has its own beach, but they are not private beaches, anyone can go there. There are also many hidden bays around.

Tourist center Babin kuk is just 500m from the apartments. There you can enjoy in bicycling, tennis, volleyball, badminton or mini golf…

Old Town is just 10 minutes by bus from the apartment and bus drives every 10 minutes. Bus station is less then 20 m from apartment so it is really easy to arrive there. in city of Dubrovnik you have everything – from concerts, theater, cinema (open air- it is just 2 minutes from apartment) , museums, forts, churches, cathedrals..... restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, night clubs....

This location is really perfect since you have everything you need nearby, great beaches, promenades by the sea and everything else, but still quiet and peaceful environment. You can arrive easily to the Old Town (Dubrovnik center) but still avoid crowd and noise…

First grocery shop and pharmacy are just 150 m from the house.
