Welcome to our cozy studio, perfectly located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This private studio is nestled in a charming home, just a short walk from the popular Lapad beach, the lively promenade, and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.The studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers, offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, stove, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience.Guests also have access to private terrace to enjoy partial sea views, or take a relaxing soak in the heated spa jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Dubrovnik’s rich history and culture.

The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Gorgeous flat , decorated with style, very clean . Outstanding balcony with view of Dubrovnik valley and having a jacuzzi in there is just amazing! Super host , very helpful and friendly ! Such a wonderful little place. So peaceful and quiet but close enough to everything you need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and there were a litter of local kittens we fell in love with. We really did fall in love with this place and would recommend to anyone looking to see Dubrovnik in its best light. Slavica was a fantastic host, who was very easy to communicate with and helped us get transfers to and from the airport for a very reasonable price.

Great value and lovely neighbourhood! Even though it’s a bit far from old town but has easy access to Uber as well as buses (while bus information is a bit hard to understand if not being local..) Very clear guidance and good communication with the host! We got a different room than the pictures showed on the website but still very very lovely. Thanks so much for the stay! :)
