Studio apartment MARIALBA
Studio apartment MARIALBA is located in elite part of Dubrovnik - Ploce area, only 150 m walking distance from the Old Town, only 100 m from the popular town beach Banje.
All important monuments, museums, galleries, churches, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are on a short walking distance.
Studio MARIALBA consists of 1/3 bedroom (double + single bed), bathroom (shower, toilette)and kitchenette.
It has a private entrance on the ground floor of our stone family house, overlooking the garden and the private terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor dinning.
We have our private parking space BUT IT IS NECESSARY TO RESERVE A PLACE AT THE MOMENT OF BOOKING THE APARTMENT.

Dubrovnik
Owner abrupt and aggressive when we arrived as I was trying to explain where we were parked and she put the phone down on me, saying I was two hours late but she had told me to just contact her when I arrived which I did so we felt really unwelcome initially.
Met her son next day and he was lovely, really friendly.
Apartment was tired looking but clean and a suberb location.
