Villa Majkovica is located in Gromača, a village northwest of Dubrovnik, perfect place for a countryside retreat as it is situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation only 20 km away from historic Dubrovnik.

Property features private pool with sun beds and sun umbrellas. Free private parking is available on site. Baby cot is available on request.

This four bedroom villa features free WiFi, air-conditioning and plasma TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room and four private bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Private bathrooms come with shower, hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo and free toiletries. Linen and towels are provided. Villa will also provide you with a lovely furnished terraces and spacious yard with swimming pool (which is not heated) and outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are provided.
