Depending on what room you get, they can be really nice. Over all very clean! Love the area, it’s quite lively in the afternoons

Bathroom is very tiny, sink is very tiny. Location is decent. Bed was clean, carpet and floor was clean. TV was awesome. No elevator.

Super friendly staff. Location superb relative to Skydome, waterfront & Union Station.

Smart, comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. Rooms are a good size compared to other hotels. Breakfast is okay but they struggle if you want a variation on the listed items (my wife just wanted toast which caused a bit of a flap but got sorted). Rooms don’t have bottled water but there is a water and ice machine on each floor. If your room is a long way from the lifts this can be a bit of a faff (but to be honest it’s a first world problem). Would stay here again.

Location was perfect for U of T tour and Yorkville. Rooms were comfortable, well appointed and quiet at night. Coffee in the lobby was excellent. I would stay here again.
