The hotel was clean and conveniently located. It's 4stars because they kept running out of things (shampoo, breakfast, coffee cream...) and the key stopped working before checkout while we at breakfast. The people were kind and it was quiet.

Much better than my last visit. Shayna did a great job of checking me in and telling me about the hotel's amenities. The room was excellent, large and clean. I used the hot tub, which was a nice touch on a frigid day. The only negative was the heating unit. Even with the fan setting on low or high, it would go on and off, as if it were on auto. And because the unit is fairly loud, it was annoying enough to just turn the unit off. Aside from that, everything else was great.
