"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "

"The house was very comfortable. We had 10 people and plenty ofnspace for everyone. All of the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms comfortable with everything we needed (even q-tips). Kitchen had everything we needed, we used the grill one evening and worked great! Parking - we had 3 cars and easy getting in and out. Neighborhood was safe, no problems!"

The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and we greatly appreciated the fenced in backyard and outdoor seating for some spectacular late-summer mornings. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to both university campuses and plenty of excellent restaurants and activities."
