"Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. "

"No Shuttle service is available, even though Expedia advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle. A rare find - Convenient and round-the-clock airport shuttle service for easy travel. We ended up paying £60 each way to the airport, twice, because they could only book a taxi for us. Breakfast wasn't good too."

"This hotel uses a self-serve kiosk for check-in which is fine, so long as there are no issues with the room. We booked a room for three adults (sofa bed + queen) and the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite the fact it was a non-smoking room. There was no additional bedding available for the sofa bed and a hunt in the laundry and main hall closet yielded two clean sheets (no duvet or pillows). I would look elsewhere for accommodations. An email was sent to the hotel about the cigarette smoke in the room and the auto response was that this may take two days for response - not much help given the circumstances."
