"Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty.
Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family.
The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well.
There's also a kids playroom that is manned in the evening with all sorts of things for all ages.
The bar, restaurant and coffee rooms looked clean with plenty of offering but we didn't frequent them in the evening.
Friendly, helpful staff all over the hotel.
Highly recommended for a stay in Galway, and if we return in the future, will definitely stay here again.
15 minutes to the racecourse, even with festival traffic was a huge bonus

"I came alone for a weekend away and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and full of very convenient amenities such as the fridge, air con, coffee and tea facilities. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and made the experience amazing. I went to eat in the restaurant and even on a busy night the staff where attentive, pleasant and polite and the food was excellent. Normally the single dinning experience you can be made to feel like an inconvenience but this was not the case here and a very pleasant experience I made sure to inform the manager of on my way out. I love the pool facilities,it was relaxing after a long drive to be able to have a swim and relax. I have and will keep recommending this hotel to others and I will be back to stay again myself ☺️"
"Very friendly staff. Hotel is very clean & was much better than what the photos showed. We were very pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was very well done "
"Wonderful overnight stay for a birthday celebration. The staff went out of their to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. The setting was amazing, especially the views of the lake from the lovely warm outdoor pool. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so memorable "
"The property was beautifully decorated. Staff were all mostly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and hot. Room was a family room very spacious, net curtains could do with being replaced. Quite ripped and worn
Other than that room was very comfortable. Would nt hesitate to go back to this hotel again. Not really far from Galway. "
